lady tie

so i have been helping my gma clean and do some stuff at her condo and she needed to make a run down to her old house to pick some stuff up- so we went. we were looking at my grandpas old ties-searching for this one tie i have been looking for ...for a long time! i found some other pretty cool ties and right before i closed the door to the "tie closet" i happened upon one that look pretty spiffy. lo and behold it was THE TIE!! The lady tie!!

my gpa got this tie from one of his brother in laws or brothers-i dont remember. but it has this lady in the inside of it. he showed it to me once when i was little and from then on i would ALWAYS check under his ties for the lady. one day he sneakily wore it to church and i remember thinking it was so sneaky and funny. so yep...my little mennonite pastor grandfather wore the lady tie....and i have finally unearthed it!! i dont think he wore it often-pretty much only the one time i saw it at church but it always left an impression on me:)
