mom and dad came up yesterday and we hung out and went to founders week in the eve to see Louis Palau...it was good..he is a good speaker....so then nikki came out here and spent the night with me.
so then today we went to the chicago auto show-always a totally fun time! Marco Andretti was there signing autographs and nikki has the total hots for him-so we promptly got in line for that. nik was all nervous-it was so funny! so we got pics with him and autographs -it rocked. we walked by again later and there was no one there getting his autograph so we were like-oh man, we totally need to get another picture with him! so we went up and go another photo-and dorky christy says "you are a great driver-i love watching indy car" and he is like-"thanks" CHRISTY-why do you even have to say anything-nerd! so then we ate lunch and we all knew that he was done signing autographs at 1 so we hung around the area and watched him. he walked off into the crowd and nikki and i totally followed and stalked him! it was awesome! he as trying to get to the stairs and got all turned around-but we followed him the whole way-SO funny...totally stalking marco andretti...
anyways...so nik and also got to take a test drive in a dodge over some like funky terrain and up this 35 degree hill and back down it-FREAKED me out...but it was fun. I must say though-the funniest part of the show was when i got onto this BMW motorcycle for a pic and nik went to get on behind me. Right as she went to get on this weirdo guy hopped up there and was like-lets go for a ride. I was like..AHH!! what the heck is this freak doing-yep...mom got a picture...you can see my terror in it..too funny!
this week proves to be busy once again with class and meetings. i guess valentines day is this week too-too bad it doesnt really have much importance to me this year at all....such is life..
