so i made sure that i got there early since i wont be there to finish it next week. anyways...above is the ad i had to make up for class. I like the looks of it. it isnt totally finished yet. ANYWAYS...i had told my buddy Kevin that i was going to be gone next week and he had asked me a little bit about it and all last week. So when i get to class he is like 'i have something for you" and he gave me these cool puzzles that him and his friend have marketed...they are "pieceless" puzzles...hard to explain but they are one continuous piece of material (kind of like what a mouse pad is made of) so you cant loose any pieces...and his company has sold the rights for this to mattel and other companies. ANYWAYS..he gives me 5 puzzles of various sizes and tells me "I know Savannah is a long trip so this way your students and you have something to do-its really awesome that you are taking this time to get help people" My prof even made a comment about how cool it was that i was doing such a good thing. Then it hit me-for once in my life I am in an arena of non-Christians and how just taking a week off of work to help others must seem really bizzare-but for me its not a big deal-a part of life-i have been on numerous missions trips. i have always been in my little Christian worlds-work, school, home..etc...so to actually realize that what i am doing is witnessing to these people in my class too-its pretty awesome. and to make such an impact in that class-thats awesome.
